Synopsis

After the mysterious death of scientist Dr. Devin Villiers, Det. Frank Turner and his partner are assigned to protect Villiers' colleague, who revealed that a veteran soldier was subjected to an experiment with the objective of creating the ultimate national security weapon... an undetectable soldier. Hollow Man II takes it a different way, which is fine, different's not just good, in this case, I think it's necessary. But the biggest difference between Hollow Man #1 and #2, is that #2 is boring. I don't ask that it have the same intrigue as the first, just that it have any. Anything to take it beyond "There is a man and he's invisible and he's bad and the protagonist is not". Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible.
