She suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder and Tourette's syndrome, which makes her life far from easy. Phoebe's only salvation is theater. She dreams of getting the role of Alice in the school production of "Alice in Wonderland." On stage, Phoebe is transformed. She forgets about her ailments and immerses herself in a world of magic, where there is no place for fear or limitations.
